10 Reasons to Learn with Sarah
I have been immersed in the teachings of yoga and different movement modalities for almost two decades.
I have studied at Harvard and Columbia. I have an MFA from The Actors Studio Drama School and am working on a Masters of Education.
I intimately worked with educators from the Southern Poverty Law Center and Learning for Justice (formerly Teaching Tolerance). These teachings of equality, equity, and inclusivity inform ALL of my work.
My years working as a teacher have given me tons of experience writing curriculum and creating individualized learning plans.
I have studied with The Gender Family Project of The Ackerman Institute . This work is a passion of mine and it seeps into all aspects of my teaching.
I have learned from master teachers at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. My years working as an assistant and creating my own programs has given me lessons on success and growth.
I think music and dancing can solve most problems.
I am realistic about following dreams, while also financially supporting yourself.
All of my work is filled with laughter. Seriously...stop being so serious. We are all going to end up in the same place anyway.
My purpose in this life is to be of service for the sake of inspiring and empowering others. Let me inspire you.
